Exploring is a career-focused program for young people who want to discover what they enjoy, learn about possible careers, and gain real-world experience along the way.

Carrers can include law enforcement, fire/EMS, healthcare, engineering, technology, and skilled trades.​​

Exploring connects young people with local businesses, professionals, and organizations to give them a hands-on look at different careers and industries.

Explorers can participate in activities, tours, workshops, service projects, and other experiences related to their chosen career field. Instead of just hearing about a career, they get opportunities to see it, experience it, and learn from people who do it every day.
